All sessions utilize a massage table, with a blanket and pillows. You remain fully clothed, and it's best to wear loose, comfortable clothing so you feel relaxed. It's advised to drink plenty of water prior to your appointment so you are well hydrated. Please leave all jewelry and any other valuable items at home.

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that stimulates specific areas in the hands, feet, face and ears to encourage the release of trapped tension throughout the body, to strengthen nerve connections, to increase blood flow to areas that need it, and to increase the function of all systems for the greatest optimal health.

Lymphatic Reflexology

Sessions address lymphedema utilizing the Reflexology Lymph Drainage protocol, which is performed on either the hands or feet or both, dependent upon skin integrity.
Foot Reflexology with Aromatherapy and Chakra Balancing
90 minutes in office: $75
Sessions utilize general reflexology protocols, customized to the client's individual needs, and are followed by an aromatherapy protocol with Young Living oils to balance the body's chakras using
reflex points on the feet.
Reiki
60 minutes in office: $45
Reiki energy flows from the practitioner's hands, placed lightly on or near the body, to the client, who may experience feelings of relaxation, mental clarity, pain relief, decreased anxiety, and wellbeing. Research has shown this occurs because activity of the parasympathetic nervous system in the client increases significantly.
Bio-Touch
30 minutes in office: $30
60 minutes in office: $45
Bio-Touch individual sets address specific injuries or other health concerns. Bio-Touch points are applied directly on the skin, so please wear loose fitting shirts and shorts (and a bra or sports bra for women). Sessions are customized to each client's needs.

Home-care visits are a good alternative for those who have limited mobility. Home visits are available in Marana in these areas: Farm Field Five, Fianchetto Farms, Gladden Farms, La Mirage Estates (Adonis/Greer Road), Old Marana (downtown), Payson Farms, San Lucas, Vanderbilt and White Farms.
